If you need to cancel a treatment
Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via [email, text, phone call] will be processed without a penalty.
Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of 20% of the service charge and an appointment can only be rebooked with a minimum of 20% of treatment cost.
If you need to cancel or rearrnage a treatment please contact us as soon as possible.
